Product Description

“Customized Label”

When our ready-made engraved labels are not exactly what you need, use our single-line custom label maker.

Use this form to order custom engraved labeling to meet your local codes. We will use typical letter sizing unless you request otherwise. Maximum of 1 line and 21 Characters will fit on our 4-inch wide labels. Remember, the more letters per line you use, the smaller the text per line.

Available in Standard 4″ x 1″  size for residential systems and Large format 6″ x 2″ sizes for Commercial and Utility systems.

Note: Our unconditional return policy does not apply to custom labels.

Note: Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ), commonly the electrical inspector, has final approval of wording and can require different wording to fit unique local requirements or unusual installations. We will accept returns of stock labeling that will not work with local codes for credit or refund. We can provide custom labeling in any quantity to meet unique local codes and unique installations.

Warranty Information

Our labels made of sturdy outdoor UV stable acrylic and will remain highly visible for years. We will replace defective labels for a period of 2 years.
